Passion Project
The Extrovert (Xv) and Introvert (Nv) are the two most important poles of personality. When their inherent strengths are utilised effectively and tactically deployed throughout the workforce, the results can be transformative. A healthy flow-state can be created and maintained; increased productivity can be a direct benefit, with societal harmony the ultimate prize.
Inspired by the Quiet Power message of author Susan Cain, I'm passionate about raising awareness of the specific challenges facing the introverted personality type – at home; school, and in the workplace.
